Student Council
Student Council is a group formed by students. The purpose of the formation of the student council is to give the student-teachers an opportunity to develop their leadership skills and enhance the overall personality development. The students organize and conduct events, activities, and projects that contribute to the spirit and community welfare under the keen observation and guidance of the faculty in-charge. The student council is a sounding board for student’s ideas, interests, and concerns with the society at large.

Elections
Student Council Elections are conducted each year in a fair manner. The conduction of the elections also inculcates a sense of the democratic setup and helps them in becoming responsible future citizens.
The Students Council conducts the following activities :-
Celebrating Festivals
Celebrating various festivals gives an insight into the culture of the different communities and promotes coexistence in a diverse society. Keeping this objective in mind the following festivals are celebrated in the college such as Bhajan Competition, Christmas Celebrations, Diwali Celebrations at Shantivan, Ganapati Festival, Gopalkala, Holi, Navaratri, and Eid -E-Milad.
Linguistic Diversity
The student profile comprises predominantly of the Gujarati community, hence, these activities sensitize the students towards the other cultures, including occasions like Marathi Bhasha Divas. Various competitions are conducted on different occasions like Guru Purnima where students sang Bhajans in different Indian languages.
Extra-curricular learnings
The following competitions help in ensuring all-round development amongst the students, including expression of their thoughts, developing aesthetic appeals, and improve their cognitive skills such as Creative Writing Competition, Photography Competition, and Sudoku Competition.
Sportsmanship
Games sessions are organized regularly, including the annual sports day, to inculcate in the students the importance of physical fitness.
Days of National Significance
Republic Day, Independence day, Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, Constitution day, Gandhi Jayanti, Swami Vivekananda birthday, these days are celebrated to commemorate their importance and their relevance.
Teacher’s Day and Gurupurnima Celebrations
This day is celebrated for relevance to the student-teachers to express their love, respect, and gratitude towards their teachers.
Friendship Day
To further the camaraderie amongst students Friendship Day is also celebrated.

Annual day & Farewell, Convocation Ceremony are the events of academic importance for the college and are thus organized.

Kite Making Competition: Posters creating awareness about various social issues like gender inequality, plight of the farmers, female foeticide, Literacy etc. was organized on 14th January, 2025.
